ADULTS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Level 1 (Beginners) Lindy Hop
This class focuses on the basic moves of lindy hop including the swingout, a lindy circle, charleston kicks and other basic moves. It also highlights the importance of frame, lead/follow skills and listening to the music.

Level 2 (Intermediate) Lindy Hop
This class is focused on reinforcing the basics from Beginner Lindy Hop, providing exposure to some of the more common moves led in social lindy hop and providing a foundation for improvisation.

Level 3 (Intermediate +) Lindy Hop
This class is focused on more complex moves, more lead/follow instruction and improvisation. You will be invited to join this class when your dancing has reached the appropriate level.

Balboa
This smooth dance style was developed on crowded dance floors and is great for faster music. Lessons will focus on Bal-swing, a combination of lindy hop and pure balboa.

Medley Class
Our Medley Classes focus on different styles of swing dancing to Lindy Hop, and are open to everyone from beginners to advanced dancers. In future sets we'll be teaching styles such as partner charlestons, solo charlestons, blues, and collegiate shag, which are all fantastic dances to add to your repetoire!
